Annual Event Grows, Moves Becomes Weekend Celebration and Festival
 

It’s Official! Based upon the success of its new format, it will take more than one day to experience this family’s reunion. With the inclusion of a gala film screening at the Bob Hope Theater, a town-hall style political summit and a revamped festival format at
the city’s most visible outdoor venue for the main celebration
– all unfolding over the course of 3 entire days –

Grab your tennis shoes and join us! Walk 1 mile or jog 2 miles. Walkers will receive:

  • free continental breakfast a "bragging sticker"

  • first 50 registrants will receive a Black Family Day T-shirt
